Since the initiation of our operations in 2009, from Konecta Mexico we have carried out important consultancy work in the Contact Centre field and at the same time we have offered contributions and quality advice to our clients with the aim of keeping their services constantly evolving: the goal is total user satisfaction with the brand.

In late 2016 B-Connect joined the Group; this company has been specialising in Contact Centre services since 1995.
