Business Process (BPO)    
 

We manage all the business processes and even improve them. We assume the organization and we carry out all the in-house tasks, both front and back office, together with the control of the activities carried out by the external agents that are an inseparable part of the process.

We undertake commitments related with the commercial strategy and the results with the aim to improve the business objectives. We advice on new technological practices, physical installations and the use of resources with an integration capacity and a quality that can be noticed by the end client. We do so by walking hand in hand with our clients in:

  • Critical Business Processes
  • Processes in which several structures, departments or agents are involved.
  • Processes that require a long implementation time or a selling/service cycle also long and complex.

Examples of externalised processes:

  • Management of frauds in the means of payment,
  • Management of personal loans, consumption, mortgage, and automobiles
  • Accident management
